What to stuff

A kong or similar is best for this recipe as it gets runny when defrosted.

Ingredients

A mix of fruits cut into small chunks, such as apple, banana and blackberries

Fat free plain yoghurt

A dash of honey (exclude or only use a small amount for senior dogs or dogs on a weight loss diet)

How to stuff it

Use one of the small chunks of banana to bung up the small hole at the base of the kong.

Mix together the yoghurt and honey then stir in the chopped fruits.

Spoon the mixture into the kong.

Keeping the kong big-hole-side-up, pop it into the freezer for at least 2 hours before giving it to your dog.

Other info

This is a messy one, so best consumed outside!
