What to stuff
A kong or similar toy.
Ingredients
Banana
Dog chocolate drops (NOT normal chocolate)
Fat free or low fat natural (plain) yoghurt
How to stuff it
Place a whole chocolate drop into the base of the kong, so it covers the small hole in the base.
Mash up the banana and stuff it in the kong until it is more or less half filled. If you wish you can break up additional chocolate drops and mix them with the mashed bananas. Freeze the half filled kong for at least an hour.
Take the kong out of the freezer and top up with the yoghurt (as the banana is frozen you shouldn’t have a problem with the yoghurt leaking out through the small hole. Then freeze the kong again for an hour or more.
Other info
As the yoghurt melts it will get runny, so this kong might be best consumed outdoors!
